Heartless Cupid

Once again I fall victim to love
Not head first but with a shove
Longing for a kiss and a caress
Instead I get grief and distress
Once I was a fool in love
Now I wish for death from above
No singing petals or swaying eaves
Just your presence and I'm begging you to leave
So go away Heartless Cupid
Im not falling for your tricks
Im not that stupid.
