Heartbroken, Who Knows My Sorrow

Who knows my sorrow but me

Who feels the pain, only I

No tears run down my cheeks

Yet inside I hear myself cry,

Who heard my heart as it broke

Who missed my joy when it went

I knew my soul was dying

I fell apart, I was spent.
