Heartbreak City
I've Been to Heartbreak City
And It's One of the Saddest Places.
Everyone There Has Died Inside
And the Pain Shows on Their Faces
The Sadness Shows in Their Eyes
There Is No Twinkle or Shine
The Kind Kept Alive from Within
Wiped Away by Despair like Mine
Some People Leave the City
But It's Very Hard to Do
For the City Limits Are Set
And They Are Set Inside of You
You Can't Walk, Run or Hide in the City
It Was Yourself That Brought You in
And It's Yourself That Takes You out
It Doesn't Have to Be a Dead End
