Heartbreak
Can’t breathe, can’t think.
Heart pounding, hands shaking
I got a headache
I feel nauseous
Heart is sinking to the ground
My muscles ache
My head is spinning
Don’t understand this feeling.
All of these things I felt when we were in love
I feel them again
But not because of love
Because of heartbreak
