Heart To Heart
I've made friends rare and unique,
I have family so dear; they touch me
in a special way- but YOUR touch I can't compare!
They bring to me a smile, a cheer, a laugh
and with these an unknown gift ( themselves ).
But the gift that YOU gave can never be taken away!
They assure me of thier love for me
in all that they do and care for me when
I am weak, but YOUR assurance reached down WITH care
when I had no care at all!
To explain the difference between mans love and YOURS,
no vocabulary could word;
how could I begin when your love was with me before birth!
