Heart Strings

She Is the one who pulls my heart strings And never lets go Her grasp is so tight It hurts like a knife To my heart Even though It feels like a century ago But how I long for those days I remember every precious monent As though it was yesterday Suddenly she was there And turned world Into a glorious Technicolor dream My Queen took my grey clouds away And I miss her a little more Each day No one could ever replace her And take my pain away She was one of a kind And mine Although I now walk among the lonely shadows And my world has turned back to clouds of grey My love for her has stood the test of time And nothing could ever take That love away.
