heart on my sleeve

I used to wear my heart on my sleeve
now what i see is what i believe
some guys lie some guys decieve
some promise the earth
then give you a grain of soil
always know your true worth
doing the best that you can
knowing the real truth
its better to take refuge in the Lord
than to trust in man.

only Jesus can save us
Amen.

Psalm 146:3, “Do not trust in princes, In mortal man, in whom there is no salvation.”
He says in Psalm 121:1-2, “ I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth.” Amen
