Heart On Display

Now that I put my heart on display
Please oh please don't make me put it away
Walls so high it hid behind 
Always afraid of what it might find
Now it's seeing bright sunlight
Wondering why it was locked up so tight 
Feeling the warmth of the sun 
Now it knows life has just begun 
So please oh please don't make me put it away 
Now that I put my heart on display
