Heart of Yesterday

heart of yesterday gone foretold dream sold this stumbles time in a rope its neck broke feet dangling star spangle accepting death die die die rock hard am i stone thrown before time began i am woman and man melting icicle dreams this was a story book life woke or to wake up in flames names forgotten by judgement my arms separated as breath leaves what storys of heaven do we believe this nail driven take me higher love my eyes cast multiple sleeves all of them cling to leaves no fortune could buy minds reason reason with me be fore you stray what is longing hearts of yesterday ?

Sometimes you poems confuse me. I read them over and over and can not connect with the person writing them. I know by instinct that there is much to be learned from your words but I guess I am too slow. This will not stop me from returning every day to read.
