Heart Is On Your Sleeve

Your heart is on your sleeve
its the only thing I see
as prominent as can be
so bright, so red, so free!
It speaks so loud to me
it cries and makes great pleas
so crazy, you wouldn't believe
that heart that's on your sleeve.
Your heart is on your sleeve
it can bring you to your knees
with it's demands and needs
your heart you're bound to heed.
I don't think that you could breathe 
without your heart that's on your sleeve.
