Heart In Hand

Holding her heart in the palm of her hand
She knew it was time, time to make a stand.
To say what's on her mind, to swallow her pride
And let her heart be her guide.
To tell him of these feelings, feelings so true
Let it out, scream or shout
Tell him - I love you -
These feelings are true!

Hurting inside, oh how she's tried
To let him go, to say - just say no
He left her lonely, she loves him only
Saying goodbye, asking, wondering why?
Tears she cries, as she hurts inside.

Holding her heart in the palm of her hand
She told him, these feelings so true,Now it is all up to you!
