Heart For You

Waded in too deep
The sky begins to cry.
Too far to go back;
Too close to know why.

The coldness grips me,
Ripping away my skin.
Can't see where I'm going,
Not sure where I've been.

The fog grows thicker
The closer that I get.
Is that hand holding me close?
Or is it keeping me in check?

The air has cleared.
And now I'm on the other side.
You say I mean everything to you
When all that is is just another lie.

I took the pain from loving you.
I layed there and I cried.
You turned and walked away from me
That's why my heart for you had died...
