Heart For Sale

A heart for sale
Used rather well
Wrapped in chain
No entry to gain
Under lock and key
Don't ever truly see
No one to be there
Do I care
Don't really know
Where can I go
To find that hidden key
No heart is free
Can one truly see
Whats hidden in plain sight
A soul lost , still searching for the light
Across this endless blue
Searching for one that's true
A single tear i cry
Who am I
To hold on to this hope so long
Even after things go wrong
What do I see
The hidden key
Do you understand
My heart you hold in your hand
You can break down my wall
Don't let me fall
But I give it for free
A part of me
Only you can see
Who I am inside
The person I always hide
To set me free.
Use this key
Treat me right, you must
For in you I trust

I agree with everything except giving it for free. NOTHING is free. A heart for a heart.
