Heart beat
Wondering why I'm still here
My time seemed to be near
Under a sky so blue
Love beats true
Days that never end
Following the wind
Going wherever it may send
Time stands still
I'll happily pay the bill
For one more day
And the many more that are on their way
Just for me
So much I want to see
The one thing I wish to be
Feel my heart beat
The odds went down in defeat
I have so far I need to go
Happy for whatever life has to show
A beautiful day
Along my way
The bonus years
Beyond tears
Fears
I stop and stare
Surprised that I still care
The beauty of a sunset
Cannot get any lovelier I bet
The long way that I went
Was time well spent
The sights I see
A heart so free
Nowhere else I would rather be
Than right here, right now
Nature should take a bow
Shadows start to grow
And I know
Love the night
Just feels right
Standing in the moonlight
Life, the will to give
The desire to live
Flows through me
So much to see
The beauty is free
All around
So much I have found
Feeds the soul, helps you grow
So much I need to know
Faith leads the way
Every day
Heart so full of love
Each day a gift from above
Thank you
