Heart and Soul

No need to regret your earthly passing

As Heavens embrace is all encompassing

As we journey to your eternal home

I shall peruse your earthly life in this tome

A kindly word and here's a selfless act

All your life's work in neatly woven fact

ln tapestry colours of light and shade

What a beautiful picture it has made

So..................

Come with me where you will recognise

Your own true soul mate in paradise

No need for any tearful refrain

There's valentines' of love for you to claim

Your hearts and souls will blend, then combine

Ordained by a Statute from Father Time

Youthful looks and passions of love desire

Shall heighten your love surges never to tire

Your hearts shall glow with happiness

As your souls will unite in one caress
