HEART
The invitation was sent
The moment the agreement was made
I awaited response
To the open arms I gave
Within the hour of celebration
I accepted, no friends would come
I sent many to assure them
All is forgiven for what they had done
I offered my eyes
For them to see Light in darkness
I extended my hand to shake
They turned to create
Deception clothed in white
In order to fake
...fellowship
Appearances can't stand TRUTH
The wife of my choice
But the humble of heart
Have taken your seat, to rejoice
They are dancing with LOVE
They are drinking new wine with me
They are missing limbs, and scarred
OHHHH, but they are finally free
No defense, no demands
Ever pass their lips
Because they dwell in my heart
Faithful and true
All sorrow made blue
As they gladly take part
...in fellowship
