Hear Me Now

My heart is on the table
And I’m crawling on the floor
No one seems to hear me
Not knowing what I feel

All around me I see them
Haunting every step
Sending me a message
In return I disappear

Following in the foot steps
Of some people from the past
Do I please them?
Do I tease them?
God shall never know

Temptations calling me away
Do I stay here?
Do I give in?
Sending me a message again

Crying in the corner
Loving every minute
Crawling, searching out to no one
Falling, crying “can you hear me?”
