Healing Rain
HEALING RAIN
Surrounded by many sorrows
My heart is filled with pain
Wounded in the battle
I now await your healing rain.
My heart is broken in many pieces
Shattered thru and thru
Wondering if I will ever be whole again
I give this burden to you.
Kneeling in your presence
Waiting for your touch
Praying for my healing
Hoping for this much.
Living with my brokenness
Continuing to seek your face
Hearing your still small voice whisper
My child your strength is in my grace.
The mourning and the tears of yesterdays sorrows
The fears of facing many unknown tomorrows
Wondering if the storms will ever cease
Finding in your presence a calming rest and peace.
