Headlines'

Murders, corruption, wars, famines, all in the headlines.
Nothing good, nations newspapers, all shouting and crying.
They print nothing but heartaches and sorrows,
Not a positive thing about our future tomorrows.

In Africa, children and elderly dying by the thousands, everyday'
Wars, in the middle east, seems it's humanities way.
Ever since I was young, I have seen these events happen,
Where will it end? Well this much is certain.

Our Lord punishes with quick loving decisions,
His way of teaching, rebellious nations, with timely precision.
Allowing mankind to treat children, elderly to a horrible life,
As they battle their petty wars, to make humanity see the terrible strife.

In the newspapers it is published stories that count,
As the world is falling short, their sins starting to mount.
To spend money, at a cost of human life, is really Satan's way.
But, our Saviour Jesus Christ, will have the final say.

Remember that Satan and his fallen angels were cast to this earth,
He has been here way before us, way before our birth.
The devil is relishing his power over our thoughts and minds.
He'll take all who follow, his days are numbered, a sure cancer to mankind.

Our Saviour has a great plan for all of us,
As long as we have faith in Him, His judgement will be swift and just.
Satan will be cast into the depths of hell,
All who follow God, to the eternal life, will be healed and well.
