Headache
Plant razor blades inside my skull and give it a violent shake
My brain does profusely bleed with the burn of a pulsating quake
The unabated pain attacks the back of my red, vessel-drawn eyeballs
Into them I penetrate both of my index fingers though the torture only slightly falls
The world around me pirouettes
I hallucinate evil silhouettes
Shadowy hands grip my temples and squeeze
Sweat stands atop my skin but within this flesh, I freeze
My heart beats like a drum until the aorta implodes
Thumping visions of fuzzy crimson shove my sanity to corrode
Kill the pounding in my head
Or leave me be and let me roam with the dead
