Head clamp tightens,
Turn the thread, 
Motorway madness, 
9 - 5 dread,

Chasing targets,
Do what's said,
Energy drained,
Pressure amber, red, 

Head clamp tightens,

Body bag existence,
Alive but dead,

Mental, Physical,
Disillusion spreads, 
Passive acceptance,
Life's purpose unread, 

Head clamp tightens 
Turn the thread,
Escape is innate,
Apathy spreads, 

Open the book of life,
Chapters birth to death, 
Trust the words, 
A crossroad ahead, 

Head clamp loosens, 
Turn the thread, 
Pressure release , 
New path to tread, 

Take control, 
Of mental health, 
Breathe free again, 
Authentic self,
