He Was My Man

He was my man and even now I think the same
We tried to find our new own way
Without saving yesterdays
He was my life and since that much water has flown
Since we met last time, even if it tasted like a red sweet wine
(Chorus)
All I’ve got now, all I have is on the floor
My heart is broken into pieces, I won’t fix it anymore

I thought it was ideal bliss but I’ve lost the sparkles in my eyes
He took the energy with that damn kiss, left me with no last good bye
He's still my love but even memory brings me pain
Our love was a house a cards, our attempts were in vain
He was my man and even if I ain't think the same
He tried to work it out like a plan, but we had lost overselves

I like this one Alisa. It stirs up quite a few emotions in me because i think we've all lost that one we thought was the one
