He Takes Your Hand

In His hand is your hand and everything is known.
Memories like homing doves gather at His thrown.
Heralds read the message clear not one word is missed by His ear.
Then through His mind into His heart your moment is forever there.
Fear not the trials of the bodies life.
You the soul is eternal and part of His light.
Christ is your Lord, and by His grace you are His.
You dear soul are well and with Him forever lives.
