He Never Left

It was cold and raining on this stressful day.
My life seemed to be going anything but my way.
I stopped for food at the local grocery store
Hurrying towards the front sliding glass doors.
On the other side of the parking lot
I noticed a man.
No one was stopping
They kept on walking.
As the cashier took my cash and handed me my change..
I approached this man who wouldnt accept a dime not anything.
He held a sign that read " "He never left"
Looking very confused i couldnt help but ask.
What do you mean Sir?
Your sign, what it says?
He smiled real big at me and put together his hands.
" when i need shelter, God wraps his arms around me.
Sending love to keep me warm
Showers me in blessings faithfully.
He feeds my hunger with his own words
Filling me up with wisdom we have read and have heard.
Sir im just the pencil on this test. Youve studied these test answers..its time to show youve listened. You have already passed the first half now..just ask him to guide you back somehow. You will gain control of what seems a mess. But trust him not me..he always knows best.
