He Never Kept His Promise

HE NEVER KEPT HIS PROMISE He told her he loves her He told her he will forever love her Promised her the world Promised her all that was precious All that was beyond beautiful The lady fell for his charms Threw herself in his arms She thought she has found her eternal joy But the guy was not yet a man but a young boy He listened not to his heart but other men He started looking at other women He forgot about the one he promised the world To him love was just a meaningless word He used to be the man of prayer All that perished, he became a player A heartbreaker A troublemaker I saw tears on a girl falling Her calls getting cancelled when she's calling She became more like a reserve That kind of treatment, she really didn't deserve I have lately seen her When I look into her eyes I can still see and feel her pain I'm scared to say sorry because that would just bring back that pain again Peace she will never find This will forever stick in her mind When I see the guy, he is remorseful He admits he was a fool Well he blew his chance He opened the music, he must now for it dance Because, HE NEVER KEPT HIS PROMISE.
