he Meeting with No Map

We start the call, the slides are there,
but meaning floats in thinning air.
We nod, we plan, we make it neat,
yet no one knows what we’ll complete.

The task feels clear, the aim unclear,
intentions blur, then disappear.
And yet in chaos, softly shown,
the path appears when hearts have grown.

The goal was never just the chart,
it lived within the listening heart.
