He May Be Two 1-1-15

He may be two,
But he needs you
He may be two,
But he wants you.

He wants you
To be with him
Include him

You finally have a child
Who wants to be wild,
But can be mild.

Don't brush him aside.
Take it in stride.
He just wants you
To love him too.

Spend time with him.
Play games with him.
Why can't you go
Out on a limb?

Parenting just
Isn't easy
Not to make it
Sound cheezy.

He gets mad
It is really sad
Because we just
Don't understand.

He may not talk
Like others do
Just give him time
He's only two.

He don't make friends
Like others do
William might steal
Them from him, too.

You can't expect
Him to be still
He's only two
Just take a chill.

Not everyone
Thinks it is fun
To tear things down
And rebuild them.
