He is a Man

He is a Man He`s a man who braves storms of life Who can suffer stresses of strife In simmering shines of summer Or in whirling winds of winter. He`s a man who isn`t held by thorns But to ride rugged roads is born Meet wild winds whooping through the day Or scramble on hills on his way. He`s a man who lets go of blows And beloved blessings bestows For a slap from his closest friends Or smacks on the back from vile men. He`s a man who can rein anger And hold them with a steel anchor, With a wand of serenity And rods of equanimity. He`s a man who ever does rise After a fall and moves straight-wise With patience as a real friend And perseverance till the end. He`s a man who just does not wail Whimper or wait behind the veils, But dares and acts with a vision, With zeal and determination. He is a man who takes failure As clues to mend his behaviour, All along his way to progress, And as stepping stone to success. He`s a man who respects all norms And, in need, himself outperforms Within the bounds of honesty And the realm of integrity. He is a man who in himself Believes and in his inner self, And has the power of the will To attain the peak of the hill. He`s a man who does not despair, But treads on without any scare With eyes set on reaching his goal Without any breach to his soul.
