He

He was the one who held my hand, 
And the footprints were his next too mine in the sand,
He was the one who tucked me in at night,
And when I was scared he would turn on the light,
He was the one who drove me too school,
And he stuck up for me when people where cruel, 
He was the one who fought with her,
And they argued and shouted and walked out the door,
He was the one who never came back, 
And all I can say is that is that.

Wow,,very well written. Alot of depth,i love poems that are short but say volumes.
