Have You Received
Have you received your gift
It has been sent out to all
Stand still please don't run so swift
It will come in abundance spring and fall
On Christmas and Easter we like to remember
And seek to become a member
Thank God He sent His son from above
To come show us there is a love
That we can not find own our own
For His spirit has to be within to be shown
First it will show how we walked blind
And then ones path they shall find
In Him we shall find peace and rest
To see He loves and cares for us best
This world will attack it without reason
For it does not care of the season
It seeks to keep one in treason
One will no longer seek the lust of the eye
But see the beauty in the land and sky
Store up all the treasures within
To be on the side with Jesus that will win
For He has defeated death and ones grief
The old self He will place the wreath
To inherit this gift that is free
To be pulled out of this world to see
That Jesus is our dearest friend
He shall walk with one to the End
