Have Merriest Christmas of All
Have Merriest Christmas of All
Pull things out of hats and may be a mystic
But sooner or later must start being realistic
When together both God and I will soon go
Should see everyone's curiosity start to grow.
When I hold God's hand looks like open space
And of His presence cannot see or find a trace
Yet I still so faithfully know He is still there
Answering dreams appearing from everywhere.
Remember bike you wanted Santa to bring
And of all things wanted more than anything
If to God soft, sweet song you were to sing
Into your life beautiful things He will bring.
After prayers, God would not leave me alone;
I wanted a cute computer and also a cell phone
And do you know what I really liked best of all
Is when she would take me to the shopping mall.
This was when I drove my poor mom insane
When in shopping center gave me free reign
Of things I should order or end up buying
On God's best judgement I was now relying.
Then again remembered things I did adore
God said to buy them and give to the poor
And those things which I wanted so much
Was to let blind have and feel toy's touch.
How happy I currently will be and am now
Always knowing that I will get by somehow
And now matter what is or so it seems
What I wanted was fulfilled in my dreams.

Have the merriest Christmas of all.
I actually had goose pimples after
God helped me write this poem.
