Harvest Done

HAIKU ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ a song is sung harvest harvested… all done the music plays on ~ dance over fields naked… gave their all sustenance ~ cupid meditates shooting arrows at random who knows their fate ~ love is in the air cupids arrows everywhere run for your wife* ~ harvest gathered… done the words painted harvest gold the story told ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~#
* To the reader, substitute wife with man if need be.

A point I missed if they do form a series or a compilation they should all be able to stand alone.

Not officially Tom, or should I say not traditionally, and on that point, they should not be titled, or be attached to photos. Re the latter there then called haiga, still following the haiku format but on or with a pic. The kigo and the use of juxtaposition in the last line are cricticle. There is the proviso that the kigo can be used anywhere. The Japanese kigo list is extensive, and is being added to all the time. The different kinds of fruit and veg that they can't grow in their climate are good examples. There is loads more to learn, haiku is like a never ending learning curve and I'm on it and enjoying...
