Hard To Let Go

you walked away
so you have nothing to say
you left out the door
now were in the middle of a war

you messed with her
it's a lie i can't ignor
you stood in front of my face and lied
but that's not why i cried
because what you did was not right
and our words lead us to fight

but yet we both know
that it's hard to let go
we try not to be friends
but inside it's all pretend

we try not to talk
in the oppsite direction we walk
but we catch each others eyes
then our smile dies

but we still want to talk to each other so bad
so we can get rid of these feelings of sad
