Hard Times

HARD TIMES
by Tina M Lasley

Paralyzed with fear
The debts, they keep on mounting
Sitting all alone
On no one I am counting

Head of the Household
It’s all on my shoulder
The weight of the world
On my back like a boulder

How much can one person take
Handling it all alone
Is there any help in sight
An act of kindness to be shown

An emotional meltdown
I could not contain
The floodgates have opened
Such a heavy rain

So much despair
For just one soul
Wearing me down
Taking its toll

Who do I ask
Where do I turn
So overwhelmed
Serenity I yearn

My mind is racing
I’m so full of worry
Where is the help
Need it to hurry

Where is God
Does he hear my plea
I need His help
A blessing bestowed upon me

Be still my mind
Doubts don’t come round
Inner peace I seek
And will be found

Part 3 But personally I have faith in the good lord for this to shall pass and the storms will no longer be lingering around because peace will be restored and people will be working again and wont have to stay home like they have been. one in every ten people is not working because of the recession that we are in, "To be continued "

Part 2 because they can no longer support there families or be a good provider in there own homes the way things are going eventually the USA will become a part time nation because that is what has been predicted for the longest time, and unfortunately people will be working two jobs instead of one but the sun shall still rise over the horizon and the good Lord will come through to answer all of your prayers so you wont feel like you are dealing with everything on your own, "To be continued"

Thank You Jimbo! "This person" who is enduring the Hard Times is me. I just joined this site and I wasn't sure how to contact you except this way.

Tina....I see this person being asked to endure for some reason only He knows! I would ask this person to embrace His Will, I see sunshine ahead, I will pray for the intercession of this person's path, now we smile and hug! love, jimbo (just finished a helping from a pot of "oven-baked-beans" I put together! (Redwing Pot) total $ 1.67 3-meals!!!)
