Once they made us strong as one Now we make us weak as none Once they saw a dream for us Now we make some fun and done! Once a promise lived today Now a promise dies today Once nation was " made" today Now a nation cries today! Once they prayed for us to live Now for them all i could say.. It s a really nice patriotic write, yeah you re right, this day is of immense significance, 23 March 1940, Pakistan Resolution was passed, it was like a dream but the expertise of Jinnah not only help us to hage a independent homeland but also make it prosper as Pakistan was denied it s share, today s condition is not what he wants, today s politicans have destroyed Pakistan, we need more people like Jinnah, as he said, we muslims are independent and will remain independent
