Happy Mother's Day

I seem to take you for granted Mom,
But truly it's not meant to be,
It's just that you are too good to all,
And especially good to me.

I realize when life is made easier
By the goodness of someone so dear,
It's hard to remember to thank you
When I see you each day of the year.

But I do appreciate you dear Mother.
I know I don't tell you enough,
You are the reason I'm living
You are the reason I'm loved.

It's your turn Mom to be granted
a Special Day of the year
To receive a little return on your love
with a Happy Mother's Day cheer.

What a delightfully wonderful mother's day poem! I am sure that your mother loved it! She is probably still reading it in heaven.
