I watched a flower closely,
on a windless day;
startled, when at first
I saw it sway.
Staring close,
I watched in disbelief
a ladybug,
scampering on its leaf.
I realized then,
that flowers are like we.
they giggle when they’re tickled,
for all the world to see.
