Happy Fathers

As the sun goes down, On a warm summer’s night, I find peace inside and around, From winning the battles of my life. My life has begun to be, A sweet aroma unto the Lord, Losing pride, growing steadily, And in faith, going forward. I choose to live, being a positive influence, always, To thrive in obedience, and lawful, joyful ways. These know the sweetness of decadent days, Growing brighter, as the still morning rays. Fathers can be as a cool drink of water, on scorching days, Wherever they go, they create happy waves, Washing away despair, and doubt that decays. Giving them hugs, says I love you in so many ways. I’m sending the best I can, to a goodly man, Desiring to give him honor and increase, to what he began. And though maybe across miles and towns, I as your son, bless you with exalted fatherly crowns. In the closing of gaps, and building of family ties, I advocate a family of faith, wherein we share the love that binds. To stand forth strong in truth, love and Spirit, where we belong, For this is our forever family, banner and song. We will there grow and progress, until the trumpet sound, When the Lord will descend, and prepare the ground, Through words of fire and element, reorganizing profound. At last, our Mother Earth Eden, upon which all righteousness will be found!
