Happy birthday to my Shining Star
Another year has come up again and as I think of all of the memories which all that I have since you don't talk to me the last ten years
And all of the heartache and so many tears i wish that you could see
Today you turned 32 years old and you will never know just how excited and happy I was waiting for you to be born
I know that your dad wanted a boy but in my heart and prayers I wanted another girl that would be my joy
And the day that you was born came as a surprise I knew right away that you was special to everyone and especially me
You was so cute with your bottles of two
One with milk the other with some juice
And your imaginary friend you called him Louie Lou
I remember your face and how you got mad
Because louie couldn't go with us on vacation
The whole trip you stayed mad at your dad
But Caitlin no matter what happens
You can still hold on to your grudge
But I'll still try reaching out to you and try to make things right
But something in your heart won't let you let go of the hate
But remember baby girl there's only one who has the right to judge
And that is the almighty God and I pray that He changes those feelings of hate into unconditional love like I've always had for you that's my fate
