Happy Birthday
Birthdays come and birthdays go,
the years just pass us by.
You get older by the minute,
its enough to make you cry!
Many moons will pass you by,
as you make your way through life.
There'll be a ton of ups and downs,
some misery and some strife.
.
But it really makes no difference,
how many years will pass!
The bottom line's how old you feel,
and how long you think you'll last.
If you keep yourself in the best of shape
you've nothing to regret.
If you don't really look your age,
you really have no sweat.
But please forget how old you are,
at least for this one day
and reflect upon the blessings,
that may have come your way.
So have a birthday party friend,
maybe drink a glass of wine.
It only happens once a year,
so have a real good time!
