Happy Birthday

I saw love cascading from the skies
Peace like confetti raining on my head
The wings of love took me high and high
A voice so genial I heard

I never felt lonely
For you were here beside me
Our moments savoured like honey
Your side was the safest place to be

You bestowed upon me fortunes
My eyes saw no fault
You danced happily to our love tunes
Our love was sweeter than salt

Though there is no more "us"
Yet I won't forget this great day
The memories of you will never pass
I'll always remember your birthday

 Be calm and feel it, 
I'm the wind blowing your way.
Just wait in a bit
My present for you is on the way.
