Happiness in Action

Chasing Happiness is an illusion 
Chasing Happiness is a dream 
A mirage in the desert 
A fantasy in the in-between 

In-between the moments 
In-between the years
Where we forget about living 
Not enjoying our Gifts because of Fear 

Fear of missing out 
Fear that we're not enough 
Fear of comparison
Fear of not being Loved

But if you sit quietly 
In a garden filled with flowers 
The ladybirds and butterflies 
Will Grace you with their Powers

The Power of Transformation 
The Power to embody your Essence
The Power to find your Purpose 
The Power to Learn your Lessons

For we hold the Key each time
Our Choices make our Way 
To achieve a Life of Meaning 
Fulfilment in every Space 

And in those moments and years
When we ignite our Soul's deepest Passion 
We become the Dream 
Happiness in Action
