Hang On Tight
I saw you pass me by,
and took a risk and went with you.
I saw you weren't doing fine,
and wish I could make you good.
When the others went,
and we were alone,
the time got better.
The way you talked,
oh so beautiful,
and the way you were.
The way you put your head,
on my shoulder,
made me feel so great inside!
Filled my day,
even those cracks hard to find.
I felt like the luckiest man alive,
and the strongest,
to hold on to you.
Time seemed to slow down,
and wish it would not end.
Oh I wish to keep holding on to you,
even forever if I can.
Wish that didn't end today,
but only hope for tomorrow,
to be better with you.
I will always be there,
to hold on, dear.
Just Hang On Tight.
