Hands of Fate

heart of ice that will not melt
cold hard feelings that refuse to be felt
bitter memories shone through stone eyes
hiding olden feelings with a deep disguise

can't hold on, the world is to strong
can't fight what is not wrong
strengthen my heart and soul
seeping out of reach is my control

recurring dreams of the past
forced outside to be an outcast
no truth in what they think or say
always has to be there way

voice of reason out of mind
run away where they can't find
belief and strength was rejected
unfortunate accident that was expected

can't fight what you can not see
holds to tight and can't be set free
can't contol the hands of fate
because in the end you are always too late.
