Hello Hugo, yes the halo does circle the sun and the moon. My fav. moon is the full moon. Itis round as i look as close as I can get to the window, i spot the full moon. It is hugs! I always see a face. Eyes nose and a smile. i refer this s to be The Man In the moon. It is what i see. How i see this vision. Enjoy your evening my friend. /Darlene/
