This one brought back memories of when I was in my younger years. It was an exciting day to look forward to. It was always better with a couple of friends tagging along. The cider and the fresh doughnuts, the burning leaves smell, the cold weather, fall season colors, the different costumes to see and marvel at. The friendly homeowners that opened their warm homes and hearts to share their kindness with us all, and the treats that were given for us all to enjoy and have abundant energy.

Oh yes. Back in the hills we looked forward to Halloween every year. It was a fun time. I think I've written several poems about my experiences.
