Halloween

Halloween is a blast
when people forget the past

Children dress up like ghosts
and go around eating toast

There are witches on the street
who go to the theatre and sit in seats

Some children dress up like a vampire
And love to enjoy a campfire

I like to dress up like a goblin
Who has a swoblin (Sword)

They are ghostly Boos
When people put out their shoes

Children will be tricking or treating
instead of sipping or eating

It is a spooky night
making many shiver in fright

I would love the ghost and goblin to roam
but I won’t let them enter my home
