Half of Two

Well I sit here
And you sit there
Sheltered at home
Wish we were a pair

Stuck in a cave
Outside is storming
Thinking of you
The warmth of the morning

Cashing memories
This new normal
Missing every moment
Stuck in my bubble

Wishes of my heart
Singing to night skies
Dreaming of your touch
Twilight butterflies
