Half Child, Half Adult

Half child, half adult
Never a teen

Mature thoughts, yet can't comprehend them
Wants to do so much, but does not know how

Why can I not express how I feel
I've lost all my communitcation skills
I'm stuck in a corner, thoughts racing through my head
And have no one to share them with

Look at those teens, How I admire them greatly
They don't let life stop them, why do I?
Why do I feel so indifferent from them?
What makes me so strange?

Half a child, Half an adult
Never a true teen
