Half Child, Half Adult

Half child, half adult Never a teen Mature thoughts, yet can't comprehend them Wants to do so much, but does not know how Why can I not express how I feel I've lost all my communitcation skills I'm stuck in a corner, thoughts racing through my head And have no one to share them with Look at those teens, How I admire them greatly They don't let life stop them, why do I? Why do I feel so indifferent from them? What makes me so strange? Half a child, Half an adult Never a true teen

Awh. this is sweet. Keep it up Jessica. Look I can feel this poem, makes me think about life wanting to revert back to teen years and start over haha, but we let life keep going because it has to be that way.

In an emotional quandry. Traversing from child to teen to an adult is very confusing and hard for some. Excellent write I enjoyed the read.
