Oh! to be youthful and full of zest Those halcyon memories arise When frivolous day needed no rest And mothers did firmly chastise. Boundaries pushed, fun prevailed When days were lived in the sun No thought of tomorrow ever assailed Golden halcyon days were spun. Decades have fled and youth matured Wisdom replaced bygone antics Wheel of life turns generation assured Is life just game of semantics?
